Senior Producer - Native America CallingAndi Murphy's (Diné) journalism career started in 2011 at the Las Cruces (N.M.) Sun-News where she was a features and food writer. She joined Native America Calling in 2014 as the associate producer and has been covering Indigenous issues and news since. In 2017, she started the award-winning Toasted Sister Podcast, one of the only shows about Indigenous food. Andi is a freelance multimedia food journalist contributing to publications like New Mexico Magazine, Eater, and the podcast Proof by America’s Test Kitchen. In 2022, she started The Menu, a special, monthly Indigenous food show on Native America Calling.
