GLACIAL FLOODING. Juneau residents grapple with whether to stay or flee as glacial outburst floodwaters rise. Yesterday, emergency managers urged people in the flood zone to evacuate immediately. Waters rose to levels past 14 feet, considered the major flood stage. Flooding is expected to crest at above 16 feet between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Thursday.
