As President Trump delivered his address to a joint session of Congress Tuesday night, many lawmakers found a way to show their solidarity with Ukraine. Alaska Gov. Mike Dunleavy recently proposed a constitutional amendment that would give future governors more latitude when picking judges for the Alaska Court System.
