The second day of the 2024 First Alaskans Institute Elders and Youth Conference opened with a powerful speech from this year’s Elder keynote speaker. The Alaska Federation of Natives Subsistence Committee has drafted a resolution that calls for Alaska Natives to oversee subsistence on Native Corporation lands.
