Cathy Tagnak Rexford says Cold Case wasn’t an easy play to write. But she hopes that by telling one family's story of heartbreak and courage, she might get Alaskans to look at the high rate of missing and murdered Indigenous people with new eyes.

Rhonda McBride has a long history of working in both television and radio in Alaska, going back to 1988, when she was news director at KYUK, the public radio and TV stations in Bethel, which broadcast in both the English and Yup’ik languages.
