Earthsongs Week of October 26, 2015

This week on Earthsongs, Mohawk/Oneida band The Ollivanders consists of Martin Isaacs (Lead Vocals, Guitar), Ryan Mickeloff (Drums), and Ryan Johnson (Bass, Backup Vocals). They hail from both Six Nations and Caledonia in Ontario, Canada and began playing music together as students. They are an innovative and revolutionary rock band that has licensed their music to The Walt Disney Company, ESPN, and ABC for prime time sports television broadcast on Saturday Night Football as well as other film and television productions. We talk with Ryan Johnson about the band’s Native American Award Winning album Two Suns.
