Anchorage, AK – Two members of the Indian Law and Order Commission say the state of Alaska has no grounds for disputing tribal jurisdiction, and all Alaskans would benefit if tribes exercised their rights more fully. Kodiak's salmon catch this year was the most valuable since 1995 -- 19 million fish worth nearly $45 million.
