Anchorage, AK – Governor Sean Parnell says he plans to put $28.5 million in his budget for planning and development of roads to oil, gas, and mineral resources. He declares 35 communities and two boroughs disaster areas after assessments show $30 million in damages from a November storm. A barge company drops an 11,000 pound bag of PCB-contaminated soil in Nushagak Bay near Dillingham.
