Anchorage, AK – F-22 fighter jets are flying again after months of study shows oxygen levels are not a problem. Forty of the Air Force's 170 Raptors are at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage. Two Crowley Marine tugs have secured a barge carrying 140,000 gallons of aviation fuel after it got loose from one of the tugs and was adrift in the Bering Strait. The event raises concerns about potential spills in the region. Downtown Anchorage is buzzing with 2,550 convention goers.
