Anchorage, AK – At its annual conference, Central Council of Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes delegates adopted resolutions on subsistence, redistricting, health and other topics. Unemployment is down from 7.6 percent in February to 7.4 percent in March. The exterior of the Governor's Mansion in Juneau is getting renovated for preservation and for its 2012 centennial.
