Anchorage, AK – Due to higher oil prices, the state of Alaska has revenues of $3.4 billion more than forecast last fall. The state Senate has approved a bill to continue a program that gives tax credits to film and TV producers working in Alaska. Educator and leader Paul Asicksik passes on at age 64.
