Our Community - Alzheimer's Resource of Alaska!

This weekend the Alzheimer's Resource of Alaska will be hosting the Amblin' for Alzheimer's event at the Anchorage Golf Course! The event aids in supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia (ADRD) and frail elders in Alaska. Currently, there are over 8,000 Alaskans and 30,000 caregivers that are affected by ADRD. By attending this event, you help fund research and Alzheimer’s Resource of Alaska programs and services. Also, there will be prizes including two round trip tickets anywhere Alaska Airlines flies! The walk begins this Saturday, May 9th, at 11:00 am with festivities continuing past 2:00 PM.
