Anchorage, AK – Senator Lisa Murkowski pulls ahead by 10,000 ballots in race against Joe Miller for one of Alaska's U.S. Senate seats. That puts Murkowski ahead even discounting the 8,000-some votes Miller has challenged. Miller has sued the state for information to ensure the election was not fraudulent. In other news, nonprofits in five states will explore the idea of using dental therapists to improve access to dental care for the underserved.
