Today's guest on Morning Line, Alicia King helped shed some light on a couple of upcoming Fungi Fairs - one in Girdwood and one in Cordova.

The 10th Annual Girdwood Fungus Fair runs August 26th-27th, 9:30am to 5pm Saturday, and 9:30am to 3pm Sunday at the Girdwood Community Room.
Forays into the forest are also a favorit event, with several times scheduled, and limited spots available with anonline signup process.

The Cordova Fungus Festival runs later, September 1st-3rd at various locations at the Cordova Center and, likely due to space constraints, requires preregistration with the Cordova Chamber of Commerce at 907-424-7260 or in person at the Festival Info Table in the Center's upper atrium.
